At Maison Cavalier, every piece we offer is curated with intention and crafted for the discerning equestrian. We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved selecting it. Should something not be quite right, we are here to assist — with fairness, transparency, and attention to detail.

 

Returns & Exchanges (14 Days)


You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order.


To remain eligible, items must be returned in pristine, unworn, unused condition, with:

Original tags attached

Original packaging included

No marks, odours, hair, wear, or damage of any kind


Maison Cavalier reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return


For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Socks

Base layers/underlayers worn directly against the skin

Grooming items

Custom or special-order items

Sale products marked Final Sale

 


Return Shipping


Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

The incorrect item was delivered,

The item arrived damaged, or

A product fault falls within the Consumer Protection Act.


In such cases, Maison Cavalier will arrange and cover return shipping.

 

Refunds


Once your return reaches us and is approved upon inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank.


Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Custom or Special Orders

Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

 

Exchanges


Exchanges are subject to availability once the return has been approved.

We are unable to reserve stock in advance.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives with an issue, please notify us within 48 hours.
