Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak periods (new collections, holidays, promotions), processing may extend to 3–5 business days, though we always strive for earlier dispatch.
You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order has been shipped.
National Shipping (South Africa)
Maison Cavalier delivers nationwide using premium courier partners.
Standard Courier Delivery:
• Major cities: 1–3 business days
• Outlying/remote areas: 3–5 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel size/weight.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive:
• A shipping confirmation
• Your tracking number
• A link to follow your parcel’s journey
Delivery Attempts & Responsibility
Couriers typically make two delivery attempts.
If the parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or failure to collect, re-delivery fees will apply.
Maison Cavalier is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by courier services
• Parcels lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer
Pre-Orders & Special Orders
If your order includes pre-order or special-order items:
• Dispatch will occur once the full order is ready
• Estimated delivery timelines will be shared upon purchase
• Split shipments can be arranged upon request (additional shipping fees may apply)
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.
We will assist immediately.
